Conference Sleep-over

I had McKennah, Caden, and Emma sleep-over last night. This morning we woke up and had a hearty breakfast consisting of French toast, scrambled eggs, fried ham, and liquid nourishment in the form of syrup. We played Conference BINGO. It aided the kids in  paying attention. They passed the quiz I gave them some time after the morning session of General Conference ended. I must say I was impressed. They had paid attention and I remembered that they could even recite along with the quotation of a couple of the Articles of Faith during the Conference.

Mission Reunion 2008

The reunion was small but wonderful. Any time afforded to spend with my former mission colleagues, my brothers and sisters in the gospel, is time that I hold in high esteem. There has never been a time when I did not feel lifted by my association with the finest people I know. A bond was forged in the mission field between us that, I believe, will never be broken.
